I have been trying to change one aspect of myself every few months. I have never been able to do the whole new year new me. Lol. I tend to mentally change my mind a few days after the new year. But, over the summer, I started to have an obsession with teeth. I started researching and realize that I have been brushing my teeth wrong, using the wrong brush, and not brushing long enough lol. Let's just say that I have not been doing anything right when it came to taking care of my teeth and gums.
According to the American Dental Association, I found out that:
I actually started brushing my teeth for two minutes and I feel like my teeth are cleaner. I usually brush my teeth for like a minute and then gargle. But, now I actually see how clean my teeth and tongue get (sorry for the visuals lol). I am hoping that you guys actually try it out and switch out those tooth brushes every few months!
