I started taking vitamins daily starting this year. I was always trying to get on track to adding healthy habits into my daily routine. I fall off for a weeks and then come back to taking my vitamins all the time. But, I have recently haven't taken vitamins in about two weeks. I am amazed that I stayed away because it was such a good habit that I did. I am writing this post to remind all of us about the benefits of vitamins. Vitamins can help us for the future, keep us healthy and give us nutrients that we need.
Vitamins help our body grow and function on a daily basis. There are important vitamins that we always need such as vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K and vitamin B. If you eat food that already has these vitamins in it, thats awesome. I am simply writing this post for everyone that wants to add a little more intake into their daily lives. We should take vitamins to help us on a daily basis. I think taking fish oil is great for your brain and taking a vitamin intake of vitamin C is great for your immune system. Multivitamins are a great way to get the essential vitamins that should be in your daily meal.
