I have been realizing that even though I am 24, life has so much to offer me. I want to partake in many activities that I can enjoy alone or with someone. I am just writing out a list of things to do alone because everyone needs that. I think that every human deserves to experience everything that they want out of life. But also have alone time. Everyone needs alone time right? By the way, I am not saying that there is anything wrong with being married, a parent, having a career or in a relationship. Hell, I am in a relationship and working on my career. I just decided to make this list for the ladies and gentlemen that are reading my blog to tell you guys some fun and individual ways to enjoy life.

Admit it, at some point in time you’ve had natural girl hair envy. Maybe you wished your hair was a little bit longer, maybe a little bit thicker, a bit kinkier, a bit less kinky; you’ve looked at other girls’ hair and thought “if only I had her hair". While I’m sure we’ve all been there at some point and maybe some of us are still there, hair envy can immobilize your hair journey, keeping you in a hair rut, leaving you just spinning your wheels. While of course it’s great to be inspired, motivated and have hair-spirations -- don’t make your hair journey about someone else’s.

We are always trying to find ways to become healthy. I have tried working out, drinking more tea, eating healthier, etc. But, what I realized after many healthy books, is that consistency is the key in being healthy. You have to be consistent in working out and eating healthy. Your food controls your energy, the way you feel, and how healthy you are. I recently became ill and I had to turn towards healthy oils and teas to get well. I couldn’t workout to sweat the illness away but whatever I ate could have made the experience worse or better.
